Liverpool have confirmed their team to take on Chelsea in their League Cup semi-final second leg fixture at Stamford Bridge this evening, with the tie poised at 1-1.
Reds manager Brendan Rodgers picks Raheem Sterling to lead the line, supported by Philippe Coutinho, Steven Gerrard and Lazar Markovic. At the back, Emre Can, Martin Skrtel and Mamadou Sakho all line up together and will hope to continue Liverpool's improving defensive displays.
Liverpool include Lucas in their starting eleven, while Jordan Henderson is backed to produce a tireless performance in midfield. On the bench, Rodgers can turn to Mario Balotelli, Fabio Borini and Rickie Lambert if he needs to introduce striking options. Glen Johnson is also included on the bench.
