According to Ukrainian news portal Vgorode, Roma have reached an agreement with FC Dnipro for the services of Liverpool target Yevhen Konoplyanka.

Liverpool and Manchester United were heavily linked with winger last year, but he recently popped up on Roma's wanted list, the Giallorossi joining Inter in admiring the winger.

The Giallorossi were actively trying to get a deal done for Mohamed Salah last week, but were finding it difficult to reach an agreement with Chelsea.

Konoplyanka was identified as the alternative target to Salah and now it has emerged that Roma have agree a deal with Dnipro for the signature of the Ukrainian winger, whose contract with the club expires in the summer.

The Italian giants will now only need to agree personal terms with the player before he travels to Italy to sign on the dotted line with Roma.
