Manchester United are ready to offer Adnan Januzaj as part of a deal to sign Juan Cuadrado from Fiorentina this month, in a winger swap agreement.

Colombian winger Cuadrado has been heavily linked with a move to Chelsea in recent days and Jose Mourinho is believed to be desperate to sign him this month.

However, the Blues are not ready to pay the €35m release clause and are trying to devise methods to agree a negotiated fee with a reluctant Fiorentina, who are demanding full payment of the clause in Cuadrado's contract.

Manchester United were heavily linked with a move for Cuadrado in the summer, but were also believed to be put off by Fiorentina’s asking price for the 26-year-old.

However, the Red Devils are ready to rekindle their interest in the Colombian and are keen to fight it out with Chelsea for Cuadrado’s signature this month.
