Liverpool target and FC Dnipro winger Yevhen Konoplyanka is yet to agree personal terms with Roma regarding a transfer to the Stadio Olimpico.
The Giallorossi and Dnipro have already reached an agreement for the 25-year-old’s transfer and it was thought that it is only a formality before the player arrives in Italy to sign on the dotted line.
However, according to Italian news outlet Tutto Mercato, Konoplyanka is still in the Ukraine and is yet to agree personal terms with Roma.
It has emerged that the player is aware of the interest in him from other clubs, such as Liverpool, and wants to wait until the summer to command a higher salary.
His contract expires at the end of the season and Dnipro are desperate sell him to Roma this month so that they can receive a transfer fee for the winger.

Roma are confident that they will be able to convince Konoplyanka to join them this month and are working hard to draw up a lucrative contract for the Ukrainian international.
Liverpool were interested in him last year and it remains to be seen whether they are still keen on signing the player if he decides to dig in his heels at Dnipro until the summer.
