Arsenal legend Thierry Henry is excited about seeing Juan Cuadrado strut his stuff in the Premier League with Chelsea.

Cuadrado flew into England earlier today to undergo a medical with Chelsea after the Blues agreed a deal with Fiorentina.

The Blues are thought to be paying between €31m and €33m for Cuadrado, with winger Mohamed Salah heading the other way on loan. They are tipped to complete the deal before the transfer window closes.

Henry, who watched Cuadrado closely during the World Cup, with the winger turning out for Colombia, believes he is a special talent.

The former Arsenal man said on Sky Sports: "I think everyone saw the way he performed in the World Cup – he's a special player.

Due to Cuadrado's World Cup performances, Henry does feel the surprise factor may be missing when he lands in the Premier League.

But the former Arsenal man does not expect that to pose a problem for the Colombian.

"He won't surprise people as they saw him at the World Cup.

Cuadrado is expected to take the number 74 shirt at Stamford Bridge and is joining a side sitting top of the Premier League table.
