Hugo Lloris has saluted Tottenham Hotspur's comfortable 3-0 win over West Brom at the Hawthornes in the Premier League today.

The visitors went ahead early on against West Brom, after Christian Eriksen hit a well-struck free-kick into the top left hand corner with only six minutes on the clock.

Spurs extended their lead in the 15th minute, taking advantage of much space on the left hand side, with Moussa Dembele playing in Harry Kane, who finished with aplomb.

A third would arrive in the second half when Joleon Lescott conceded a penalty kick in the 64th minute, allowing Kane the chance to score his second of the afternoon and he made no mistake, finishing clinically.

West Brom had no answer and slipped to a 3-0 home defeat.

Lloris was delighted, feeling that the team produced a superb display. However, the Frenchman urged his team-mates not to get carried away, with vital fixtures on the horizon.

"We're delighted. It was a great team performance", he told Spurs TV.

"We have important games coming up. We need to stay focused.

"We tried to keep the right mentality and we showed that together. In the first 30 mins we were fantastic", the goalkeeper added.
