Anderson is preparing to leave Manchester United before the transfer window slams shut to sign for Brazilian outfit Internacional – however, he will have to take a big pay cut to do so.

The out-of-favour midfielder is thought to earn around £60,000 to £80,000 per week at Old Trafford. However, the offer on the table in Brazil would see his wages down to just £24,300 per week.

But Anderson is still set to take the offer on the table and end his lengthy association with the Red Devils, who he joined in 2007 for around £20m from FC Porto.

According to Radio Gaucha, Anderson is set to pen a contract with Internacional in Brazil tomorrow.

The switch will mean a return home for Anderson, but also inking a deal with his first club Gremio's fierce rivals.
