Celtic manager Ronny Deila believes that his side have all the tools in their box to get the better of Inter Milan tonight and progress further in the Europa League.

The Bhoys head into the second leg of their Europa League round of 32 tie against Roberto Mancini’s Inter Milan on the back of the 3-3 draw at Celtic Park in the first leg last week.

Deila’s men head into the match in confident mood after thrashing Hamilton 4-0 in their Scottish Premiership outing last weekend. Celtic’s win was their seventh on the trot in the league as they look to be firmly on course to win their fourth successive domestic title.

The Norwegian believes that his team are in good shape and confident following their stupendous run of form in recent weeks.

“We have a good chance as we are in good shape now and have good confidence”, Deila told the club site.

The Hoops strengthened their squad considerably during the winter transfer window. Dundee United duo Stuart Armstrong and Gary Mackay-Steven arrived to bolster the reigning Scottish champions. And Deila feels that Celtic possess all that it takes to win tonight.

“We have everything to win now.

“We just have to go out there and give everything and be even better organised than we were the last time, and then we will have a chance.”

However, he warned his team that they cannot afford to be profligate in defence like they were in the home tie as conceding goals at San Siro would be suicidal.

“We can’t concede three goals again, and it’s important we defend well, and hopefully we can keep a clean sheet as that will give us the best chance of going through.

“But we have also shown we are capable of scoring a lot of goals and hopefully we can get one more than our opponent.”
