Liverpool look set to have no action taken against them by UEFA over financial fair play rules, according to ITV.

Brendan Rodgers' men have been under investigation by the Club Financial Control Body (CFCB), who examine possible breaches of UEFA's financial fair play rules.

Liverpool have been one of several sides under CFCB investigation, but are set to escape any punishment, with an announcement that the investigation has ended looking imminent.

Another English club will be hit with a fine however, with Hull City thought to have fallen foul of the rules.

Hull played in the qualifying rounds of the Europa League this season after reaching the FA Cup final last term.
