Fixture: Chelsea vs Tottenham Hotspur
Competition: League Cup Final
Kick-off: 16:00 (UK time)

Chelsea have confirmed their starting eleven and substitutes to play Tottenham Hotspur in the League Cup final at Wembley this afternoon.

Blues manager Jose Mourinho has picked three centre-backs by trade in the shape of skipper John Terry, Gary Cahill and Kurt Zouma, though it appears Cahill may operate in midfield. Cesar Azpilicueta and Branislav Ivanovic are also selected to keep the Tottenham attack quiet today. They will be protected by Ramires in the absence of the suspended Nemanja Matic, while Cesc Fabregas is also included in midfield.

Diego Costa leads the line up front, supported by Willian and Eden Hazard. New signing Juan Cuadrado is on the bench for the Blues, alongside legend Didier Drogba. Also available for Mourinho to turn to are Oscar and Loic Remy, if he needs to chase the game.
