Fixture: West Ham United vs Chelsea
Competition: Premier League
Kick-off: 19:45 (UK time)

Chelsea have confirmed their starting eleven and substitutes to play West Ham this evening in a crunch Premier League clash at Upton Park.

Blues boss Jose Mourinho has chosen to go with Diego Costa to lead the line against the Hammers, while Oscar, Eden Hazard and Cesc Fabregas will all look to supply the balls for the Spain striker to do the damage. Further down the pitch Mourinho names Ramires in his side to boss the midfield, while Kurt Zouma is included in what appears to be a defensive midfield role.

On the bench the Chelsea manager has Juan Cuadrado, Willian, Loic Remy and Didier Drogba in what looks an attacking array of substitutes to throw into the match if needed. Petr Cech is on the bench, while Thibaut Courtois is selected in goal.

Chelsea head into the game on the high of having won the League Cup at the weekend, beating Tottenham Hotspur at Wembley.
