Manchester United midfielder Michael Carrick has revealed that his best achievement in a red shirt so far has been to win the Champions League in 2008.

The Red Devils picked up Europe's most coveted trophy in 2008 by beating Chelsea in the final in Moscow on penalties, after 120 minutes could not split the two teams.

While speaking to Manchester United fans on a Google Hangout, Carrick, who scored in the penalty shoot-out, added that it was a real rush of adrenalin and a great feeling.
