Chelsea winger Juan Cuadrado has hailed the influence of senior team-mates John Terry and Didier Drogba, whose experience is very important for the players, he says.

The Colombian international, who joined the Pensioners on transfer deadline day in the winter window, is still settling down in his new surroundings at Stamford Bridge.

And in his attempts he is being helped by his veteran team-mates Terry and Drogba, according to the 26-year-old.

Terry and Drogba have played over 1,000 games for Chelsea between them in lengthy spans turning out for the Blues.

The former Fiorentina player has no inhibitions in learning a lesson or two from the two veterans.

Cuadrado in fact revealed that all the players are willing to learn from the pair and both Terry and Drogba willingly share their experiences with them.

"Obviously they [Terry and Drogba] have experience and are very important for all of us", Cuadrado told his club's official site.

"We listen to them but we also have to give our own contribution. Every match is a final and we have to focus on those, be hungry and hopefully we can achieve it."

The Colombian for now will be turning his attentions to the international scene where he has already joined his national team ahead of their friendly fixtures in the Middle East tomorrow and Monday.
