Juventus CEO Giuseppe Marotta has revealed that Manchester United target Paul Pogba has indicated that he would be prepared to leave the club.

The 22-year-old midfielder is being eyed by some of the top clubs in Europe at the moment and the likes of Manchester United and Real Madrid are said to be ready to burn a hole in their pockets to land the French international.

French champions Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester City, Chelsea and Barcelona complete a long list of clubs who are ready to make a move for Pogba in the summer.

With interest in him at an all time high, Juventus are worried that they won’t be able to withstand the pressure and keep hold of the midfielder beyond the summer.

The Juventus CEO also revealed that Pogba has also shown an inclination towards leaving the club and believes that they won’t be able to compete with the wages he is being offered to leave Turin.

“He has indicated that he is willing to leave the club”, Marotta told Corriere della Sera.

“The problem is that a player is being offered a contract which doubles or trebles the wages that he is earning today.
