Former Tottenham Hotspur forward Jurgen Klinsmann has praised Christian Eriksen’s performances at White Hart Lane this season and said that the Dane has added an extra spark to the Spurs team.
Eriksen has been one of the standout performers for Tottenham this season along with Harry Kane and has been the creative centre of Mauricio Pochettino’s team.
The playmaker has formed a lethal partnership with Kane in attack for Spurs and his nine goals in the Premier League have kept Tottenham alive in the race for a top four finish this term.
Tottenham legend Klinsmann is a fan of the Danish midfielder and believes the 23-year-old is an exceptional footballer, who has made the difference for Spurs this season on a number of occasions.
The World Cup winner believes players like Eriksen are few and far between and feels that he adds a spark to the current Tottenham team with his unpredictable creative talents.

“He is an exceptional talent that is why he is at Tottenham”, the German told Spurs TV.
“He is tremendously talented; seeing some of his goals this season, he has been the difference in some of the games and it shows you that he can turn it on [anytime he wants].
“You always have to very attentive to stop him but having these kinds of players coming through your team gives you a spark; he gives you a chance to make a difference when it really matters.”
