Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has admitted that striker Paulo Dybala will be leaving the club over the summer.

Zamparini had been hoping to tie Dybala down to an extended contract, but talks between club and player broke down earlier this year, with the president then opting to look to sell the Argentine.

Dybala has been linked with a number of clubs, including Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester United and Juventus. And Zamparini is determined to accept nothing less than €40m for a player who has been likened to Sergio Aguero.

Zamparini is now looking for a replacement for Dybala, admitting that the 21-year-old will leave in the summer and must be replaced, as only one other player at Palermo can perform the same function.

He told LiveSicilia: "It is clear that Dybala will leave.
