Dirk Kuyt insists he has yet to make a decision over his future, despite speculation Ronald Koeman wants to take him to Southampton.

The former Liverpool forward's contract with Turkish giants Fenerbahce expires at the end of the season and he has already decided not to extend.

Kuyt is keen to return home to the Netherlands and has been strongly linked with former side Feyenoord. However, there are suggestions the Rotterdam-based outfit are having trouble closing a deal, while Koeman is keen for Kuyt to return to the Premier League.

The 34-year-old was asked about his future by Omroep West and replied: "I have not have time to discuss that with my agent.

"As soon as I do, I will let you know more news."

Kuyt joined Fenerbahce in the summer of 2012 after completing a six-year stint with Liverpool, which yielded one League Cup success.

In Turkey, the Dutchman has won one Super Lig title and one Turkish Cup at Fenerbahce so far and could add a second title to his collection this season, with the Yellow Canaries in the middle of a gripping title race.
