Chelsea are in advanced discussions with Belgian Jupiler League club Royal Mouscron-Peruwelz over a partnership agreement.

Jose Mourinho's side already have a partnership agreement with Dutch Eredivisie outfit Vitesse and have sent a number of starlets on loan to the club to gain first team experience.

Chelsea have also taken advantage of the opportunity to buy starlets, with Marco van Ginkel switching from Vitesse to the Blues in the summer of 2013.

According to Belgian daily Het Nieuwsblad, Chelsea want a similar arrangement with Mouscron-Peruwelz to tap into the Jupiler League.

The Belgian side had a similar agreement with Ligue 1 outfit Lille until recently and are now eyeing up a deal with Chelsea to succeed it.
