Barcelona manager Luis Enrique has backed forward Neymar to find his form soon, saying that the amount of effort the Brazilian puts in in training will start to reflect in his performances soon.

Neymar has struggled to get among the goals, failing to find the back of the net in his last seven matches in all competitions for the Blaugrana. His assists tally too has dried up.

However, the Brazil national team captain has the backing of his manager as the Catalan giants prepare to host relegation contenders Almeria in their next La Liga fixture on Wednesday.

“I'm not worried about him”, the Asturian was quoted as saying by AS at a press conference.

“He is out of this world as a player.”

In his 37 appearances in all competitions this term, the 23-year-old has scored 26 times and provided eight assists, and Enrique feels that it is just a matter of time before Neymar starts scoring again.

He further added that the Brazilian adds more to Barcelona’s game than just his goalscoring prowess.

“The way he trains, I'm sure the goals will come back.

“He gives a lot of important things to the team.”
