Feyenoord have issued an ultimatum to Celtic striker John Guidetti.

The Rotterdam side are keen on signing Guidetti, who is on loan at Celtic from Manchester City for the season, but sees his contract with the Citizens expire in the summer.

An official contract offer has been put to Guidetti by Feyenoord, but the Swede has demanded more money be put on the table.

Guidetti has been offered a deal worth €20,000 per week at De Kuip, but has informed the Eredivisie outfit that he wants a salary sitting at a considerably higher figure.

The hitman has told Feyenoord he will consider their proposal after looking at the other offers on his table at the end of the campaign.

But according to Dutch magazine Voetbal International, Feyenoord are not willing to wait until the end of the season to learn whether Guidetti wants to join.

Indeed, Feyenoord technical director Martin van Geel has informed Guidetti that he must let the club know whether he intends to move to Rotterdam within the next two weeks, otherwise the Dutch side will move on to other targets.

Guidetti has also been linked with Inter and Marseille.
