Juventus and AC Milan are keeping a close watch on Feyenoord winger Jean-Paul Boetius, who recently knocked back the offer of a new contract.

Schooled at Feyenoord’s youth academy, the Dutchman has quickly established himself as one of key members of Fred Rutten’s squad at De Kuip.

His performances in the Dutch top flight this season also earned him his first cap for the Netherlands in March and he is currently believed to be the talk of the town in Rotterdam.

Boetius’ consistent run in the Eredivisie has also attracted the attention of some top clubs in Europe and there is interest from Italy, with both Juventus and AC Milan keen to snare him away from Feyenoord in the summer.

According to Milan Live, both the Italian giants are aware of the current contract tussle between the club and the player and have been keeping tabs of the situation.
