Manchester United and Arsenal target Edinson Cavani has insisted that he will stay at Paris Saint-Germain and honour his contract with the French champions.

There has been continued speculation that the Uruguayan striker is tired of playing second fiddle to Zlatan Ibrahimovic and is looking for a way out of the club if a suitable offer lands on his desk.

With Cavani seemingly unsettled at PSG, a number of clubs have been keeping a close watch on proceedings in the French capital. Premier League giants Manchester United and Arsenal are believed to be keen to take the striker to England in the summer, if possible.

With Juventus also interested in acquiring his services, there has been speculation that PSG will receive multiple offers for Cavani at the end of the season.

However, the Uruguayan forward rubbished all talk of him leaving the French champions and stressed that he is keen to honour his contract with the Parisians.

“We are talking about my future a bit too much”, Cavani told Sky Italia.

“I’ll stay here, respect my contract and I am only thinking about PSG.”

Cavani still has more than three years left on his contract with the French champions.

He has scored 45 goals in 86 appearances for the club since arriving from Napoli in the summer of 2013.
