Sevilla sporting director Monchi is continuing his push to convince Dnipro winger Yevhen Konoplyanka to head to Spain.

Los Rojiblancos are facing opposition from two English giants in the form of Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur, who spy a potential bargain with Konoplyanka's contract with Dnipro expiring at the end of the season.

Sevilla feel that the Ukraine international would fit perfectly into coach Unai Emery's system and according to Seville-based daily Estadio Deportivo, sporting director Monchi is continuing work on his arrival.

Liverpool came close to signing Konoplyanka in the January 2014 transfer window, but missed out at the last minute when Dnipro's president would not authorise the move.

The Reds are now showing interest in the Ukrainian as they see him as an alternative to in-demand PSV Eindhoven winger Memphis Depay.

Spurs too are long-time admirers of Konoplyanka, who could yet find himself playing his football at White Hart Lane come the start of next season.

The 25-year-old, who is a product of Dnipro's youth system, has won 43 caps at international level for the Ukraine.
