Celtic boss Ronny Deila says that having a happy camp that can laugh and enjoy life is key to creating a winning team.

Deila succeeded Neil Lennon as Celtic manager last summer after the Northern Irishman resigned from his post, feeling he had taken the Bhoys as far as possible.

The Norwegian tactician is speeding towards a hugely successful debut season in charge of Celtic, having already led the Hoops to the League Cup.

Celtic are also through to the semi-final of the Scottish Cup, which they play this weekend against Inverness, while they also sit on top of the Premiership.

A historic treble is on the cards and spirits are high in the Celtic camp, something Deila feels is crucial and is delighted with.

However, Deila insists Celtic can focus when needed and are a professional outfit with sky high dedication to their craft.

"But also be focused. When we train we train and we know when the moments to be very dedicated are."
