PSV Eindhoven have reached an agreement with Manchester United to sell Netherlands international winger Memphis Depay, according to Dutch magazine Voetbal International.

The new Eredivisie champions confirmed earlier today that three clubs, two of which they named as Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain, had expressed an interest in signing Depay.

However, PSV warned that Depay's asking price has shot up over the course of the season and is now sitting at in excess of €20m.

But it has been claimed Manchester United have already reached an agreement with PSV which will see Depay playing his football at Old Trafford next season.

Red Devils manager Louis van Gaal is known to be a firm fan of Depay, having coached him at international level for the Netherlands at last summer's World Cup.

Tottenham Hotspur have also been keen on snapping up Depay, but it is Manchester United who are set to win the race, despite opposition from French champions PSG.

Depay has been in superb form for PSV this season and the Eindhoven-based club are set to put some of his transfer fee to use in tempting Ibrahim Afellay back to the Philips Stadion.
