Inter Milan sporting director Piero Ausilio has revealed their interest in signing Palermo striker Paulo Dybala, who has also been linked with a move to Manchester United and Liverpool.

The 21-year-old is widely believed to be on his way out of Palermo after failing to agree terms of a new contract with the club.

There is a long line suitors waiting to pounce on Dybala this summer with clubs such as Manchester United, Liverpool, Juventus and Arsenal believed to be interested in acquiring his services.

The Argentine is believed to be not too keen on leaving Italy, which has put Juventus in pole position for his signature and they have been trying to negotiate a deal with Palermo over the last few weeks.

While Inter are also on his trail, they are believed to be the underdogs in the race, but the Nerazzurri sporting director said that their interest in Dybala is serious.

“He is a player who we like a lot and we have been following him for a long time”, Ausilio told Sky Italia.

“As a player he has grown over the last three years at Palermo. There are also other clubs thinking about him but we will work with particular attention.

“We will try [to sign him] and it is useless to hide [our interest] when [Palermo president Maurizio] Zamparini is always talking.”

Zamparini’s asking price of €40m for Dybala remains a huge roadblock in any negotiations for the striker as none of his suitors have so far met that figure.
