Feyenoord have asked Celtic striker John Guidetti to make his position clear about a potential move to the Netherlands within one month.

The Dutch outfit are keen to sign the striker at the end of the season on a free transfer but his financial demands have so far frustrated the club.

He has already rejected a €20,000 per week salary offer from Feyenoord and it has been claimed that he has asked them to treble that offer if they want to sign him.

Guidetti is out of contract with parent club Manchester City at the end of the season and wants to wait until a lucrative offer lands at his doorstep before making a decision on his future.

However, the Dutch outfit’s patience with the forward is running short and according to the Algemeen Dagblad, the club have asked the Swede to make his feelings clear about joining them within the next month.

Feyenoord are not willing to wait for too long for Guidetti to make a decision and want an answer from him as soon as possible so that they have time to pursuit other targets.

Celtic are still keen to sign him on a permanent deal and Inter and Marseille are also keeping tabs on the striker.
