Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has hinted there is more than meets the eye to Cesc Fabregas' move to Chelsea from Barcelona last summer and has promised to tell all in the future.

Wenger sold Fabregas to Barcelona in 2011, but as part of the deal had first refusal on the midfielder should he be made available by the Catalans.

Last summer Barcelona did decide to cash in on Fabregas. However, Wenger passed on re-signing Fabregas for Arsenal, allowing Jose Mourinho to steal in and tempt the Spaniard to Stamford Bridge.

Arsenal fans were disappointed that Wenger did not bring Fabregas back to the Emirates Stadium when he seemed to be in pole position to do so, a feeling which has only grown following the Spaniard's superb form.

But Wenger has hinted there is more to the story than there might appear and he may reveal exactly what he means in the future.
