Inter Milan have made Arsenal and Liverpool linked Paulo Dybala their priority transfer target for the summer.

Dybala, who has been heavily linked with a move to Juventus, is expected to leave Palermo at the end of the season after failing to agree a new contract with the club.

A number of top clubs are waiting with eager anticipation to pounce on him once he eventually decides to make a switch this summer and the Bianconeri are believed to be in pole position to land the Argentine.

With clubs such as Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool also interested in acquiring Dybala’s services, Inter were believed to be the underdogs in the race owing to their financial constraints.

However, the Nerazzurri have been silently working behind the scenes to lure Dybala to the San Siro and Roberto Mancini has already spoken to the player regarding a transfer.

According to Italian broadcaster Sportitalia, Inter have identified the forward as their priority target and are willing to stretch their resources in the summer to secure his signature.

It has been claimed that the Nerazzurri are trying to get Palermo to lower their asking price of €40m and are ready to table an offer of around €30m and include a player to sweeten the deal for the Sicilian outfit.

Juventus meanwhile continue to try to negotiate a deal with Palermo and the English trio of Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool are keeping a close watch on proceedings.
