Fixture: Chelsea vs Crystal Palace
Competition: Premier League
Kick-off: 13:30 (UK time)

Chelsea have announced their starting eleven and substitutes to lock horns with Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge this afternoon in a game which, if they win, would mean they would be crowned Premier League champions for this season.

Manager Jose Mourinho has selected veteran striker Didier Drogba to lead the line, while he will be supported by Eden Hazard, Cesc Fabregas and Willian. Nemanja Matic aims to protect the Chelsea defence and control the midfield, helped by Ramires.

On the bench Mourinho can turn to Loic Remy if he needs to throw another striker into the mix, while Juan Cuadrado and Ruben Loftus-Cheek are also attack-minded options. Kurt Zouma is also amongst today's substitutes.

Chelsea head into the match knowing victory would mean a first top flight English title since 2010. It would also be Mourinho's first league title since he returned to Stamford Bridge in the summer of 2013.
