Manchester City have announced their team to lock horns with Tottenham Hotspur in a Premier League contest this afternoon at White Hart Lane.
Citizens manager Manuel Pellegrini has selected goalkeeper Joe Hart as his side's captain today, while Eliaquim Mangala and Martin Demichelis form the centre-back pair in front of the England international. Fernando will aim to provide the defence with further protection, alongside Fernandinho, while James Milner also plays.
Frank Lampard is also selected and will be a goal threat along with David Silva and Sergio Aguero. Edin Dzeko and Wilfried Bony are both amongst the substitutes, as is Samir Nasri.
Manchester City currently sit second in the Premier League table, ahead of Arsenal on goal difference, and will be keen to strengthen their position by beating Spurs at White Hart Lane today.
