Renowned Dutch agent Rob Jansen feels that Feyenoord's chances of signing Celtic striker John Guidetti are slim as the Swede is determined to earn as much money as possible.

Guidetti is on loan at Celtic from Manchester City and sees his contract with his parent club come to an end in the summer, making him an attractive proposition for a number of sides.

Feyenoord have offered Guidetti a contract worth €1m per season, however it is thought he is looking for triple that sum, while Sporting Lisbon have now arrived on the scene with a lucrative proposal.

For Jansen it is clear that Guidetti's management team are looking to earn the maximum amount possible from his summer move, which means money will be the deciding factor and Feyenoord at a disadvantage.

Jansen told TV programme Business Class: "I do not think Guidetti will go to Feyenoord.

"His management are working to get a better deal financially", the agent added.

Guidetti has struggled to hold down a regular starting spot at Celtic in the second half of this season and looks poised to be playing his football away from Scotland next season.

He has though helped the Bhoys to clinch this term's Scottish Premiership title.
