Brazil manager Dunga has confirmed that Chelsea attacking midfielder Oscar has been ruled out of this summer's Copa America in Chile with an injury.

Oscar, who tasted Premier League glory with the Pensioners last weekend, suffered an injury in his last training session with the club, the Brazilian manager revealed.

Dunga further added that he has spoken with Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho and their doctor who have told him that the 23-year-old's injury will take time to heal meaning that he won't be at his best during the Copa America.

The Brazilian team management has therefore decided to leave out Oscar for the Copa America, keeping in mind that the World Cup qualifiers will take place just after the tournament in Chile.

"Oscar got an injury in his last training session with Chelsea", Dunga was quoted as saying by the BBC.
