Inter Milan are plotting a summer swoop for Chelsea’s Brazilian full-back Filipe Luis.

The 29-year-old joined Chelsea last summer from Atletico Madrid but is still trying to find his feet in his first season in English football.

With only seven league starts under his belt, the Brazilian is believed to be considering his future at the club and though he has sought to cool down the rumours, there is speculation that he is keen to rejoin Atletico Madrid this summer.

Since Chelsea are believed to be in the market for a full back, Luis’ future looks increasingly away from west London and Inter are keen to make a swoop for him in the summer.

Roberto Mancini wants to strengthen Inter’s full-back position in the transfer window and according to Corriere dello Sport the Italian is keen to sign the Chelsea man for next season.

Though the Brazilian has failed to make his mark in England, Mancini still has faith in the 29-year-old who played a pivotal role in Atletico Madrid winning the Spanish league title last season.

Luis has made only 24 appearances for Chelsea in all competitions this season and has a contract until 2017.
