Wolfsburg are facing a daunting task when it comes to keeping hold of midfield gem Kevin De Bruyne this summer, with five clubs having registered their interest in the Belgian with his agent.

De Bruyne joined Wolfsburg in the January 2014 transfer window after falling out of favour at Chelsea under Jose Mourinho.

He has taken to the demands of Bundesliga football like a duck to water and pushed the Wolves into second spot and heading into the Champions League next season.

De Bruyne's heroics have not gone unnoticed and his agent Patrick De Koster has fielded enquiries from no less than five sides.

According to German daily Bild, those clubs are Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid, Manchester City and Manchester United.

Wolfsburg however insist they are relaxed about the situation as De Bruyne has not indicated he is looking to leave the Volkswagen Arena.

"We are in a comfortable situation", sporting director Klaus Allofs explained.

"There have been no signals from any of our players that they want to leave us.

"We are happy even about interest from other clubs because it means our players are good enough."

So far this season De Bruyne has 15 goals and 27 assists in all competitions for Wolfsburg to his name. The Wolves are desperate to keep him for their Champions League campaign next term.
