Sparta Prague are eyeing a summer deal to bring back Tomas Rosicky to the club from Arsenal.

The Czech international started his career at Sparta Prague as a youth academy graduate before moving to Borussia Dortmund in 2001.

Joining Arsenal in the summer of 2006, Rosicky has been one of the integral parts of Arsene Wenger’s squad over the years but the 34-year-old has now become a bit-part player at the Emirates.

And with doubt over whether he will remain at the club, the Czech international is believed to be keen to end his nine-year long association with Arsenal this summer.

According to Bundesligapremier.it, Sparta Prague have already contacted the player over a transfer and Rosicky is keen to rejoin his boyhood club at the end of this season.

Rosicky wants to see his career out in his homeland and it has been speculated that Arsenal won’t stand in his way if Sparta Prague come up with a suitable offer to take the midfielder to the Czech Republic this summer.

The 34-year-old has made 244 appearances for the club, scoring 28 goals and providing 22 assists. He has also won an FA Cup with the club.
