Chelsea striker Loic Remy has warned his side against a hostile 2015/16 domestic season next term as he believes that every team in the league will try to beat the champions.

The newly crowned Premier League champions were humbled 3-0 by West Bromwich Albion yesterday at the Hawthorns, thus bringing an end to their 16 game unbeaten run in the league.

While disappointed with the loss, the former Newcastle United striker has asked his side to learn their lessons as they go into their last match against Sunderland next weekend and then move on to next season.

The French international also took time to speak about the need to be at the top of their game every time next season, as every team in the league will be on the lookout to beat the champions, just like West Brom did yesterday.

"Next season every team will really want to beat the champions, as West Brom did, and we have to prepare ourselves for this kind of game", Remy was quoted as saying by ITV.

"Next season will be even more difficult than this one because of that.

"Now we have one game coming at home, the last game of the season, and we really want to win it in front of our supporters."

Yesterday's loss means that the Pensioners have now missed the chance to reach the 90 point mark this season and can only manage a possible 87 if they win against Sunderland next weekend.
