Inter Milan are eyeing a move for Manchester United and Arsenal target Matteo Darmian in the summer.

The full-back has been gradually building a solid reputation in Italy with his assured performances for Torino and has also attracted the attention of clubs across Europe.

The 25-year-old also managed to seal a spot in the Italian national team after making his debut last year and has already earned 12 caps for the Azzurri.

With Arsenal and Manchester United monitoring his progress, Torino are aware of the difficulties they will face to keep Darmian in Turin this summer but now an Italian club have also joined the chase for the full-back.

Inter are closely monitoring the situation at the Stadio Olimpico di Torino and according to Corriere dello Sport, the club are plotting a summer move for Darmian.

However, the Nerazzurri are not prepared to pay the rumoured asking price of €25m for the Italian and are keen to sit at the negotiating table with Torino to agree on a more acceptable fee.

Torino are aware of the interest in Darmian and even if they decide to sell, they are not expected to lower their asking price.

The Italian international has even scored five goals and provided four assists in 44 appearances for Il Toro in all competitions this season.
