Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is unsure about Eden Hazard’s involvement against Sunderland on Sunday.

Hazard has been the standout performer for Chelsea this season and was awarded the PFA Player of the Year award for his exploits at Stamford Bridge.

The Chelsea boss revealed at a press conference that the Belgian hasn’t trained today and he is unsure whether Hazard will play in their final game of the season against the Black Cats.

However, he confirmed that Diego Costa, who has missed the last six league encounters, will play against Dick Advocaat’s men at Stamford Bridge.

Mourinho also revealed that Petr Cech, who is widely believed to be on his way out of the Chelsea at the end of the season, will play some part on Sunday but refused to confirm his place in the starting eleven.

The Chelsea boss also revealed that he is hoping to use 19-year-old defender Andreas Christensen and 18-year-old midfielder Jeremie Boga against Sunderland.

Chelsea will be presented with Premier League title at the end of the match and a win will help them to finish the season on 87 points.
