Premier League champions Chelsea have announced their starting eleven and substitutes to host Sunderland in their final match of the season this afternoon.

Blues boss Jose Mourinho has gone with Didier Drogba up front, while also throwing the Ivorian the captain's armband. Drogba has announced he is leaving Chelsea in the summer and Mourinho is ensuring the 37-year-old bows out in style. Another veteran Chelsea star, Petr Cech, also starts today.




Juan Cuadrado is handed the chance to impress with a start, while Eden Hazard has recovered from dental surgery to feature. Diego Costa is on the bench, as is Loic Remy, if Mourinho needs to bring on further attacking options.

Chelsea have already secured the Premier League title and are playing simply to try and finish on the highest points total possible. Victory over Sunderland would put the Blues onto 87 points for the season. Sunderland are safe from relegation, with only pride on the line.
