Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho feels that his side's title rivals are going to come back strongly next season, as he instantly turned his focus towards next term after a 3-1 win over Sunderland to end the Premier League campaign.

Sunderland surprised Chelsea by taking the lead in the 26th minute through a Steven Fletcher header. However, the Blues did not have to wait long to draw level and did so from the penalty spot via Diego Costa, who replaced Didier Drogba in the 30th minute, in the 37th minute.

The Blues then took the lead in the 70th minute when Loic Remy hit a superb long-range strike, while he then bagged his second from close range with just two minutes left to seal a 3-0 win for Chelsea.

It capped off an afternoon with a party atmosphere at Stamford Bridge, with the Blues collecting the Premier League trophy.

While fans and players partied, Mourinho quickly started thinking about next season and warned that his side will have to step up a level if they want to retain the title.
