Arsenal forward Danny Welbeck feels that the FA Cup will be won by the team that wants it the most on the day.

The Gunners take on fellow Premier League side Aston Villa in the final of the tournament at Wembley Stadium next Saturday.

In spite of the huge gap in terms of the respective league standings of the two teams, Welbeck refuses to take anything for granted and insists that the Villans have talented players all over the pitch to topple their opponents on any given day.

The former Manchester United player also took time to reflect on their performances against Tim Sherwood's team this season, insisting that the FA Cup is a different ball game altogether.

What he believes will matter on 30th May is the will to win from both teams.

"We played them earlier this season and we had two comfortable victories against them in the Premier League, but anything can happen in the FA Cup final”, Welbeck said in an interview with his club's official website.

“It’s who wants it most on the day and it’s going to be a very difficult game. They’ve got talented players all over the pitch and there’s a lot of young talent there.

“I know quite a few of them like Fabian Delph and Tom Cleverley pretty well, and I know that they’re players who can really change a game at any moment. It’s going to be difficult."

To get to their second consecutive FA Cup final has been a huge achievement for the team, Welbeck feels, and the aim will be to go out and win the trophy now.

“To get to an FA Cup final is huge for the club and we obviously want to go out there to try and win as many trophies as possible. I’m looking forward to the game and I’m sure everyone’s going to be well prepared for that.”
