Sami Khedira has undertaken the majority of his medical tests ahead of a move to Juventus and sailed through them with flying colours, according to Italian outlet Calcio Mercato.

The Germany international midfielder is leaving Real Madrid this summer following the expiry of his contract at the Bernabeu and Juventus appear increasingly likely to be his destination.

Khedira, who has also been linked with Arsenal, Bayern Munich and Schalke, took the medical tests in Spain under the supervision of Juventus officials.

He passed the tests and now has only a small number to complete, which will be conducted in Italy.

Juventus have also been holding talks with Khedira's representatives in Germany ahead of the midfielder joining and now all that remains is for the Real Madrid man to put pen to paper on a contract.
