Leeds United striker Mirco Antenucci feels that it has been a positive 2014/15 domestic season for his team in spite of all the "little mishaps".

In a season that saw the team being managed by a number of managers at different periods of the year, the Peacocks managed to finish a disappointing 15th position in the league, thus spelling an end to Neil Redfearn's reign as boss.

According to Antenucci, it was a rather difficult season for his team with so many new players coming in and trying to settle down.

However, in spite of all the upheaval, the Elland Road-based outfit did well, the 30-year-old feels, and are looking forward to reaping the benefits of last season in the near future.

"It has been a slightly difficult season as a team because we had a lot of new players in a new club and it takes some time", Antenucci told Calcionews24.com.
