Paris Saint-Germain are ready to push Yohan Cabaye out of the Parc des Princes exit door this summer by refusing to offer him first team guarantees.

Cabaye wants to know that he will play more first team football for the French champions next season as he frets about the possibility of losing his place in the France squad for Euro 2016.

And if the former Newcastle United midfielder does not receive guarantees, he is ready to quit PSG this summer, amid interest from Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur.

Now the 29-year-old's departure may be a step closer as, according to Le Parisien, PSG have no intention of guaranteeing Cabaye more playing time.

Indeed, he could see his limited playing time suffer further if PSG can sign Barcelona icon Xavi.
