Napoli and Roma have joined Inter Milan in the chase for underperforming Chelsea winger Juan Cuadrado.

Cuadrado’s €32m move from Fiorentina to Chelsea in January has yielded little for Jose Mourinho’s team and he has made just 12 appearances in the league for the Blues.

It has been speculated that both Chelsea and Cuadrado are keen to part ways in the summer and the player is seeking a fresh start at a new club, preferably in Italy.

Inter Milan are already making plans to take the 27-year-old back to Italy and are plotting a loan deal for the player with the right to make the move permanent later.

However, the Nerazzurri are not the only Italian sides after Cuadrado as according to Sky Italia, Napoli and Roma are also set to enter the race for the Colombian international.

Cuadrado’s performances at Fiorentina earned him his big move to Chelsea and though he has failed to settle down in England, he is still popular amongst the Italian clubs and a move back to Serie A is a distinct possibility.

The 27-year-old scored 26 goals and provided 21 assists in 106 appearances for La Viola before moving to Chelsea in January this year.
