Jackson Martinez has confirmed he will leave FC Porto this summer, although his destination remains unclear.

The prolific Colombia striker has been linked with clubs such as Valencia, Atletico Madrid, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur, though in recent weeks it is Arsenal who have been making the running for his signature, with much talk a deal is all but done.

Speaking to Radio Caracol, Martinez explained that he will be on the move, saying: "I will leave FC Porto."

And he is now waiting to see what happens with his future, while at the same time vowing to stay focused on the upcoming Copa America, in which he will play for Colombia.

"I'm focused on the national team. But of course I am logically waiting to hear how my future goes", Martinez added.

The striker's release clause at Porto is set at €35m and his potential departure from the Estadio do Dragao has been mooted for the last 12 months, giving the Portuguese side ample time to find a replacement.

Martinez's future is expected to become clearer after the Copa America.

Hosted by Chile, the Copa America runs from 11th June until 4th July.
