Philippe Coutinho has backed Brazil to deal with Neymar's absence for the remainder of the Copa America.

Neymar clashed with Colombian players following Brazil's 1-0 defeat to Colombia and was sent off as a result. Initially Neymar was due to serve a one-match ban, but following a review of the footage that has been increased to four games.

As a result the Barcelona forward will miss the rest of the tournament at present, though he does have the right to appeal.

Coutinho is confident however that whatever the outcome, Brazil can cope, as all of their players are prepared to step up to fill the gap.

"It's the responsibility of the whole group [to replace Neymar]. Each player has their responsibility. But the players in front need to create and that's my position, so that's what I will try and do", he was quoted as saying by Lance.
