Italian Serie B side Ternana have slapped a €4m asking price on the head of in-demand Uruguayan striker Felipe Avenatti.

With interest from Aston Villa, Cagliari and Leeds United, Ternana smell an opportunity to cash in on the highly rated hitman.

Now, according to Italian daily Il Giornale dell'Umbria, Ternana have decided to look for €4m to part ways with the six foot five inch striker.

Should the Rossoverdi succeed in achieving a €4m return on Avenatti, it would allow them to double their budget for the forthcoming season, promising to drastically change their fortunes.

Ternana plucked Avenatti from his native Uruguay in 2013, signing him to a four-year contract.
