Manchester United linked Arda Turan has told Atletico Madrid that he wants to leave the club this summer.

The Turkish international’s agent has already said that his client wants to leave Spain and is keen to play his football in the Premier League next season.

According to Spanish daily AS, Turan has personally stated his desire to leave to the Atletico Madrid hierarchy and has asked the club to listen to offers for him this summer.

While he has lucrative offers on his table from other clubs, it has been claimed that his decision is not motivated by money but it is more to do with his desire to experience something different at this point of his career.

He is said to have stressed that he loves the club and has no problems with the way he has been treated at the Vicente Calderon, but he feels time is right for him to make a move away from Atletico Madrid.
